You can place your order directly through our website: www.sassandpearls.com.au. Simply select the jewellery you love, and choose any optional pearl reveals you'd like to add.
Most jewellery pieces include a pearl reveal by default, though a few do not. Once your purchase is complete, your reveal will be recorded and posted on our TikTok page. You’ll receive a notification beforehand so you know when your reveal is scheduled, and we’ll tag you once your video has been uploaded.
After the reveal, your pearls will be cleaned, drilled, and mounted onto your selected jewellery. Any additional pearls will be cleaned and shipped with your order.

Orders that include a pearl reveal can be cancelled or changed before the reveal takes place. Once the reveal is completed, cancellations and changes are no longer possible.

All pearl reveals are recorded and posted on our TikTok page: @sass.and.pearls. You’ll receive a notification the day before your reveal, and we’ll tag you once your video is uploaded.
Edison pearls are larger than standard pearls, typically ranging from 9mm to 11mm—though some may be slightly bigger or smaller.
Please note: refunds will not be issued based on the size of your Edison pearl.Can I choose the size, shape, or colour of my pearls?
Unfortunately, no. Part of the magic is the surprise—each pearl is unique. As a natural product, their size, shape, and colour cannot be guaranteed.
What if I’m not happy with the size or colour?
Because pearl characteristics are beyond our control, we’re unable to offer refunds based on size, shape, or colour.Will my pearls be mounted onto my jewellery?
Absolutely! Once you've selected which pearl you'd like mounted to which jewellery item, we’ll take care of the rest. Your finished piece will be carefully packed and shipped to you.
Are jewellery items refundable?
Due to the personalised nature of your jewellery and hygiene considerations, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
