Whatever colour is revealed is the colour you will receive. We cannot predict the colour or size of the pearl inside the shell. The only time a pearl will be replaced is if the colour is uneven (such as a wonky or tie-dyed effect), or if twin pearls do not match in colour.
These pieces are custom made, so please be mindful that it may take up to a week for your items to be posted after the opening. If you live in Australia and would like to open at home, we can send you the oyster to open. However, we will not be responsible for the colour of the pearl. If you are outside of Australia, I can send you a pearl bomb to fizz at home. These items will be shipped within a week.
Please note: any item that requires mounting onto jewellery cannot be revealed at home. Because these items are custom made, once your oysters are opened there are no refunds or returns.
Once items leave our possession, we are not responsible for the delivery time. Each order will include a tracking number, and while we hope nothing goes wrong, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us via email so we can begin the claims process.
All items that I personally set come with a 30-day warranty. To best care for your pearl jewellery, always put it on last and take it off first. Do not wear pearls in water, and avoid spraying perfume or hairspray near them.
You will receive care instructions and a cleaning cloth with every purchase.
