Refund Policy
If your items are faulty, please contact us immediately. Once the items have been returned and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been processed. The refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take some time to appear, as processing times vary between banks.
If you decide you no longer want your purchase, you may request a full refund only if your order (oysters) has not been opened.
